Spatial constraints and layout
The plan keeps the front, right and rear sides open. The left and internal walls form a 3m × 3m private meeting room. A full raised floor has a 0.1m rise, finished in light-grey commercial vinyl with blue journey-zone graphics.
Entrances and visitor movement
Integrated 1.2m × 1.2m transition ramps serve the front and right entrances. The layout maintains a minimum 1.2m clear visitor route between zones. A 1.8m-wide reception counter sits at the front-right, inset from both open edges.
Meeting and demonstration areas
The private meeting room contains a 55-inch display, meeting table and six chairs. The supplier zone is at the rear-right, the contractor zone is at the front-center, and the financing corner is at the rear-center. Each zone has a 43-inch screen, supported by seating, tables or counters specified for its function.
Displays and interactive experience
The central station uses a 55-inch landscape touch display, badge/QR scanner, concealed media workstation, wired network connection and dedicated electrical point. A host guides a 30-second sequence covering Project, RFQ, Supplier Match, Financing, Order, Delivery and Payment. The content is mirrored on a 3.5m × 2m modular LED display facing the front main aisle, while 1.5m of clear operating space is maintained around the visitor-facing sides.
Lighting and electrical services
The plan provides 12 electrical points and 16 standard lighting points. A 31m recessed Azure Blue LED strip follows the open front, right and rear floor edges. A 7m Signal Blue accent strip runs vertically and horizontally across the left wall. No ceiling elements are specified.
