The 12m x 7m design uses a fully open frontage, placing an interactive table near the front alongside specialist demonstration areas, a semi-private corner and an enclosed rear meeting room. A flush floor maintains step-free access and circulation routes of at least 1.2m.

Project facts

  • Footprint: 12m x 7m, totaling 84m².
  • Height: 3m with one fully open front side.
  • One enclosed 4m x 3m meeting room.
  • One front-centre interactive table with a 55-inch touch display.
  • Clear circulation routes of at least 1.2m.
  • Eight electrical points and 16 standard lighting points.

Planning around one open side

The 3m-high booth has rear and side walls with the full 12m front open. Its 84m² footprint accommodates reception, demonstrations, an interactive experience and both open and enclosed discussion areas.

Step-free visitor circulation

The flush light-grey commercial carpet includes an Azure Blue stakeholder-journey graphic, with no raised floor. The full frontage remains open, clear routes are at least 1.2m wide, and the curved reception counter is positioned front-right, 1m back from the aisle.

Dedicated demonstration and discussion zones

Separate 3m x 2m supplier and contractor zones each contain a high table, two stools and a 43-inch screen. A 3m x 2.5m semi-private financing corner provides four lounge chairs and a coffee table.

An enclosed meeting room

A 4m x 3m meeting room occupies the rear-left area. It contains a meeting table, eight chairs and a 55-inch landscape screen.

A front-centre digital experience

The front-centre command table uses a 55-inch landscape touch display, media PC and badge or QR reader. Its staff-guided interface offers four modes and a scripted 30-second procurement workflow, with 1.2m visitor-side and 0.9m staff-side operating clearances.

Lighting and screen placement

The scheme combines 16 standard lighting points with blue linear LED accents: 12m along the rear-wall upper edge, 7m on each side-wall inner edge and 2m across the reception counter. Screens are distributed between the meeting room, demonstration zones and interactive table.
